Guardia del monte (guard of monte) municipal museum, provided with items and files of great relevance that bring a general interview of the historical construction of the city<\/em><\/p>

Found in the place traditionally known as \u201chistoric shell\u201d, the Museum \u201cGuardia del Monte\u201d and the historic relic the \u201cRancho de Rosas\u201d form, since the beginnings of 2008, by initiative of the Direction of Culture and Education of Monte\u00b4s town hall, one \u201ccomplex\u201d of a high value from a historic patrimonial and cultural point of view.<\/p>

Organized from a large phase, in his interior, the visitor will appreciate the rustic and simple origin of \u201cGuardia del monte\u201d (guard of Monte), back in 1779 and his contribution to the independentist process; the weight of presence of a \u201cCaudillo terrateniente\u201d (chief lieutenant) like it was \u201cDon Juan Manuel de rosas\u201d and the influence that he exerted in the region, from his residence \u201cLos cerillos\u201d. Between \u201ccaudillos\u201d (chieftain) and passionate confrontations slowly appear the times of the \u201cNational<\/p>

Organization.All enriched with the contributions made by the local families, that have given their most cherished memories, making possible to mend the diversity and richness of everyday life. \u201cif there are places that reach the soul, Monte is one of them\u2026\u201d<\/p>
