Aprobaci\u00f3n del C\u00e1lculo de Recursos destinado a la financiaci\u00f3n del Presupuesto de Erogaciones de las Jurisdicciones del Honorable Concejo Deliberante y Departamento Ejecutivo, obrante a fojas 4 a 7 del presente expediente.<\/p><p><label><b>Fecha de Sanci\u00f3n: <\/b>18\/01\/2022<\/label><\/p><p><label><b>Fecha de Promulgaci\u00f3n: <\/b>1<label>8\/01\/2022<\/label><\/label><\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-accordion-item\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"elementor-tab-title-1992\" class=\"elementor-tab-title\" data-tab=\"2\" role=\"tab\" aria-controls=\"elementor-tab-content-1992\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-accordion-icon elementor-accordion-icon-left\" aria-hidden=\"true\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-accordion-icon-closed\"><i class=\"fas fa-plus\"><\/i><\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-accordion-icon-opened\"><i class=\"fas fa-minus\"><\/i><\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<a class=\"elementor-accordion-title\" href=\"\">Ver 4454-2022 | Aprobaci\u00f3n del Presupuesto de Gastos para el a\u00f1o 2022 <\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"elementor-tab-content-1992\" class=\"elementor-tab-content elementor-clearfix\" data-tab=\"2\" role=\"tabpanel\" aria-labelledby=\"elementor-tab-title-1992\"><p><strong>Art\u00edculo N\u00b0 1:<\/strong> Apru\u00e9bese el Presupuesto de Gastos, que regir\u00e1 para el Ejercicio 2022, que asciende a la suma de $ 1.012.551.000,00.- (MIL DOCE MILLONES QUINIENTOS CINCUENTA Y UN MIL PESOS CON 00\/100), seg\u00fan planillas obrantes a fojas N\u00b0 8 a 55, del presente expediente.<\/p><p><strong>Art\u00edculo N\u00b0 2:<\/strong> Apru\u00e9bese el C\u00e1lculo de Recursos destinado a la financiaci\u00f3n del Presupuesto de Erogaciones de las Jurisdicciones del Honorable Concejo Deliberante y Departamento Ejecutivo, obrante a fojas 4 a 7 del presente expediente.<\/p><p><strong>Art\u00edculo N\u00b0 3:<\/strong> Apru\u00e9bese el Listado de Estructura Program\u00e1tica determinado para el Ejercicio 2022, en el marco de las normas establecidas en el Decreto Provincial N* 2980\/00, que reglamenta la Reforma de la Administraci\u00f3n Financiera en el \u00c1mbito Municipal (R.A.F.A.M.), obrante a fojas 1, 2 y 3 del presente expediente.<\/p><p><strong>Art\u00edculo N\u00b0 4:<\/strong> Apru\u00e9bese las Planillas de Recursos Humanos clasificados por Categor\u00eda Program\u00e1tica y Cargo, obrantes a fojas 56 a 74 del presente expediente.<\/p><p><strong>Art\u00edculo N\u00b0 5:<\/strong> Derog\u00faese por la presente, toda norma que haya puesto en vigencia el Presupuesto de Gastos prorrogado, con excepci\u00f3n de incorporaciones de saldos transferidos de recursos afectados y saldos de resultados de ejercicios.<\/p><p><strong>Art\u00edculo N\u00b0 6:<\/strong> El Departamento Ejecutivo podr\u00e1 incrementar el Presupuesto de Gastos y el C\u00e1lculo de Recursos en los rubros e importes que resulten de aumentos de tasas, impuestos o contribuciones y de las mayores coparticipaciones u otros ingresos comunicados o percibidos.<\/p><p><strong>Art\u00edculo N\u00b0 7:<\/strong> Los saldos que arrojen al cierre de cada ejercicio las cuentas con afectaci\u00f3n ser\u00e1n transferidos al ejercicio siguiente, incorpor\u00e1ndolos al C\u00e1lculo de Recursos por Decreto del Departamento Ejecutivo.<br \/>Correlativamente se aplicar\u00e1 al Presupuesto de Gastos reforzando cr\u00e9ditos de cuentas existentes o incorporando conceptos no previstos, en ambos casos se respetar\u00e1 el destino de los fondos en cuesti\u00f3n y la incorporaci\u00f3n al Presupuesto de Gastos, se efectuar\u00e1 respetando los nomencladores vigentes.<\/p><p><strong>Art\u00edculo N\u00b0 8:<\/strong> Establecer un incremento acumulado del 42.92 % sobre los salarios b\u00e1sicos para todo el Personal Municipal, el cual se otorgar\u00e1 conforme lo determinado en el art\u00edculo<br \/>siguiente.<\/p><p><em>A) El incremento remunerativo que por la presente se determina se conformar\u00e1 siguiendo la presente escala en los porcentajes acumulativos que a continuaci\u00f3n se detallan:<\/em><br \/><em>A partir del Io de febrero de 2022: 16% A partir del Io de junio de 2022: 11% A partir del Io de octubre de 2022: 11%<\/em><\/p><p><em>B) En virtud de las variaciones inflacionarias que se produjeran en los \u00faltimos meses y luego de analizar los recursos municipales se avanzar\u00e1 en el mes de octubre de 2022 a rever los aumentos planteados por la presente Ordenanza teniendo en cuenta el \u00edndice de variaci\u00f3n inflacionaria interanual. De proceder alg\u00fan reajuste, fac\u00faltese al Departamento Ejecutivo<\/em><br \/><em>Municipal a realizar dichas mejoras.<\/em><\/p><p><em>C) Autorizar a la Contadur\u00eda Municipal a realizar las adecuaciones presupuestarias que resulten necesarias a efectos de dar cumplimiento a lo determinado por la presente norma.<\/em><\/p><p><strong>Art\u00edculo N\u00b0 9:<\/strong> Autor\u00edcese al Departamento Ejecutivo a realizar transferencias entre partidas del Presupuesto de Gastos que cuenten con econom\u00edas, como as\u00ed mismo a utilizar el super\u00e1vit de ejercicios anteriores existente en la cuenta de Resultado Acumulado de Ejercicios.<\/p><p><strong>Art\u00edculo N\u00b0 10:<\/strong> Autor\u00edcese al Departamento Ejecutivo a cancelar deudas por medio del cheque de pago diferido considerando a los librados con fecha de vencimiento posterior al cierre del ejercicio &#8211; 31 de diciembre- como Deuda Consolidada. En ning\u00fan caso los vencimientos de pagos comprometidos mediante el instrumento autorizado en el p\u00e1rrafo anterior podr\u00e1n exceder la fecha de la finalizaci\u00f3n del mandato del Ejecutivo Municipal.<\/p><p><strong>Art\u00edculo N\u00b0 11:<\/strong> Comuniq\u00faese, Reg\u00edstrese, Publ\u00edquese y Arch\u00edvese.<\/p><p>Dado en sala de sesiones a los 13 d\u00edas del mes
